Fee conditions
Translations are calculated in sheets or fractions thereof.
Sector associations generally count 1500 typed characters, spaces included, per sheet. The prices on our price list pertain exclusively to general and business translations to/from Italian and other languages. Translations between other languages (not Italian) have a 50% surcharge, as we consider this a double translation.
Delivery time
According to your request specifications, you will receive a quote with a reference number. Each offer is customised to meet the client’s needs.
A 30% deposit is usually requested and the balance is due upon delivery. Payments may be made by bank transfer or using Paypal. Upon receiving your first completed translation, you will also be given our “2009 Gold Card”. This card provides businesses, professionals and individuals with a series of advantages and benefits that bring together savings and quality.
The “2009 Gold Card” is immediately delivered on tasks exceeding €300+IVA. In this case, the “Golden Translation” condition will also apply on the first translation, giving you a 30% discount on the net sum.
Urgent translations
Urgent translations such as emails can be done in a few hours, depending on our translator availability, with no extra charge.
Generally, for longer texts and not including brief, business correspondence, a 10% surcharge applies..
